The project is designed to store inquiries in PostgreSQL and keep a submission draft in the visitor's browser session until it is submitted or cleared.

Inquiry details are available to authorized Khodiyar staff and service providers needed to operate the form, database and notification process. They are not displayed publicly.

Access to inquiry records is limited to staff whose roles are authorized in the administrative system. The production database, email notification and spam-verification providers must be configured before the form accepts submissions.

The following business and legal details are not present in this project and need confirmation by Khodiyar before this notice is treated as final:

• The final retention period and deletion process

• The hosting/database region and final provider list
